Business Broadband install fee's

Standard Business install from £150.00 see packages, connection to a single pc or DSL router, please ask for a quote, some installs may be more due to the type of building and location.

Terms of install

All Home installs include up to 20 metres of CAT5 cable, £1.50 per metre will be charged on longer runs

·     All external wireless devices and some indoor devices remain the property of Ineedbroadband Ltd.

·     Should your cancellation occur with less than 24 hours notice, an extra charge of £45:00 may be incurred.

·     If Ineedbroadband Ltd cancels your order then your install fee will be returned within 7 working days.

 If you decide you do not want the ineedbroadband service then you have a 7 day cooling off period, Install fee's are not refundable.

Monthly payments are by direct debit on or around the 1st of each month

·         Home installation equipment is guaranteed for 12 months from date of installation.                   

·     Your guarantee is void if the equipment is opened or tampered with by a non Ineedbroadband technician. 

Please note that you are not permitted to access or change the settings on any installed equipment connected to the network.                                                                                                                                                

·     In the case that installation at your property is unsuccessful, your install fee will be refunded by Ineedbroadband

·     Signal strength and coverage areas will vary according to terrain, surroundings and extreme weather conditions, although Ineedbroadband will endeavour to provide the best service possible to their clients. Ineedbroadband cannot be held responsible for factors outside of their control.

Costs and Fee's

·        
Monday – Friday: minimum charge £45.00 (1-hour labour); £25.00 per 30-mins thereafter.

·        
Saturday: minimum charge £75.00 (1-hour labour); £37.50 per 30-mins thereafter.

·       
Sunday: minimum charge £100.00 (1-hour labour); £50.00 per 30-mins thereafter.
