TPLink Router has been reset and how to reset

If you need to reset your TPlink Wifi Router supplied by Ineedbroadband. Press and hold the reset button of 10 seconds then release , and wait for the router to reset, this take around 30 seconds.

Pre checks: Make sure black power block of your antenna or modem (POE) has the cable plugged into the LAN socket, and the other end of this cable is connected to the WAN port of the router (blue socket)

Step1: Connect your pc to the router via a LAN ethernet cable (yellow socket)

Step2: Open your web browser and enter http://192.168.0.1 in your web browser address bar at the top of the page,(NOT the search bar), you should be redirected to the TPlink screen, If not then please check your cable.

Step3: Login With Username: admin and Password: admin

Step4: To change the wireless PIN to the one shown on the underside of the router. Click on Wireless, then Wireless security, and select WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK, enter the pin in the blank box (PSK Password).

Step5: Click save and reboot your router as instructed and wait 1 min.

Step6: Search your wifi signals for the TPlink signal ( TPlink-xxxx

Step7: Enter the wireless pin when requested by your wifi device.
