The I Need Broadband phone service is delivered over a virtual phone line via your broadband connection. To receive the service you will need a virtual telephone or line adapter (ATA). Plug your standard telephone or cordless phone in to the ATA, or deskphone in to your network, and it will act just the same as if you are using any land line based service.
We also sell Business IP desk phones. These specialized phones look just like normal phones, but feature an RJ-45 Ethernet connector instead of a standard BT phone connector. They are thus able to connect directly to your router or network and incorporate all the necessary hardware and software to make IP calls. Business IP desk phones start from £65.00
