We would like to inform you of planned upstream network maintenance taking place on Wednesday 3rd June 2026 between 20:00 and 21:00 BST.

One of our upstream peering partners will be carrying out essential infrastructure upgrade works within their core network. This change forms part of ongoing improvements to increase overall network resilience and redundancy across our platform.

Over the last week, our engineering team has been carrying out extensive preparation and testing to ensure services continue to operate normally throughout the maintenance window. During the work, traffic should automatically fail over to our secondary upstream routing platform with minimal or no disruption to customer services.

However, as with any live upstream routing migration, there remains a small possibility of a temporary interruption while network paths reconverge.

Our engineering team will be actively monitoring the network throughout the maintenance window and will be working directly alongside our upstream provider to ensure any issues are resolved as quickly as possible.

We appreciate your understanding and patience whilst we continue to invest in improving the resilience and reliability of the iNeedBroadband network.
