If you internet is not working please try the steps below.
Step 1: Turn the power off and back on to the "black or white" power unit called UBNT ( it has a POE and LAN socket) wait 1 min
Step 2: Turn off and on the power to your router ( wait 1 min) then check you internet connection.
Voip telephone with separate adapter.
Telephone adaptor (Grandstream): This should have four lights and all should be on if the unit is registering with our system. If not Turn off and on and wait 2 mins.
