TV streaming issues

checks to complete if you are having issues with TV streaming. 

1. Is your TV in the same room as your router?
2. does your TV have the latest updates? ...check for available updates.
3. is your TV connected via a cable or over wifi?... please test on a cable connection if using wifi.
4. do you have wifi extenders plugged in to your router? ... please test with extenders disconnected as these can cause issues.
5. please test TV streaming with no other devices connected to the router.
