Cancellation Process:

Login to My Account:
- Go to the members area and log in to your account.

Navigate to Services:
- Click on Services located at the top left of the dashboard.

Select Your Active Service:
- Click on My Services.
- Find and click on your Active Service.

Start the Cancellation:
- Click on Cancellation.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with the cancellation.

Complete the Checkout:
- Confirm your cancellation and complete the checkout process.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation request is processed.
Important Information:

Outside Contract Period:
If you are outside your contracted period, you must provide 28 days written notice to us. -
Inside Contract Period:
If you are still within your contract period, you will be liable to pay a one-off charge of either:- The balance of your contract, or
- An early exit fee of £200.00, whichever is the least.

Direct Debit and Contract Breach:
If you cancel or stop your direct debit before your contract has ended or the final payment has been completed, you will be in breach of your contract. This will result in a one-off charge of £200.00.
