If you are changing banks or account numbers and need to update your direct debit details then your can do this online.
Login in to your account from the Members area on our website and click where it says Hello (your name) at the top right of the page.
From the drop down menu select My Details.
In the boxes for Bank account and Sort code, remove the old account numbers and add the new details.
Click save at the bottom of the page.
All collections are on the 1st of each month. any bank account changes must be given 10 days before collection to be included in that month's direct debit run.
Any changes to your bank details made after the 20th of the month you will need to pay via BACS for your broadband that month to avoid a late payment charge.
Our bank details can be found on your invoices.
