Topping up my voip account

1. Top up your account with any amount to initiate the service go to www.ineedbroadband.co.uk Members area, my Home Telephone and login with the details above. This original amount of credit will remain present if you conform to calling the free phone numbers we have outlined. Calls will be free to the stated numbers on our website, i.e local, national. Mobiles calls are charged from 5p per minute additionally and 0845, 0870 for example are chargeable by the number holder.

2. USAGE: When dialing out please dial full area codes on all calls. All numbersĀ  should end with you pressing the hash(#) key, which has been programmed to initiate the call and dial out instantly.

3. VOICEMAIL: if you have paid for a voicemail package then Dial 9200 on your phone to access your messages, this service is interactive.
REMOTE VOICEMAIL ACCESS: Dial 0845 004 9200 or +44(0)20 7043 9200. Input account number and password to access. AGAIN PLEASE ENSURE PASSWORD IS NOT ALTERED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE TO ineedbroadband.

(Any system password alterations must be made by our technical team to ensure the continuity of service)

4. All call records and account data are accessible via your voip account.

5. All call prices are clearly listed on the (tariff) page in your voip account.

6. 999 Emergency is not enabled as default if you need this service then please contact us to register your address. Please note we do not advise 999 over voip incase of power or internet failure.
