If you are having issue with SKY Q and your mesh equipment you need to turn off the skyq wifi and use a cable to the sky boxes from a nova unit, this will then solve the issues with SKY Q transmitting all over mesh wifi channels
On each box in turn:
1) Press the ‘Home’ button on your remote control.
2) Scroll down to highlight ‘Settings’ but DO NOT press select.
3) Press ‘001’.
4) Press ‘Select’
Then: Network -
- 2.4Ghz wireless - Off
- 5Ghz wireless - Off
Take a Ethernet cable from the nova and plug in your sky box, maybe reboot the sky box this should help it pick up a IP address
A quick google of tenda nova a sky q issues will show this is a sky issue.
