We are pleased to confirm that the rescheduled maintenance works for Larwood Park Estate will now take place on Wednesday 23rd April, between 5:00am and 6:30am.

What’s happening?

• We will be replacing our router in the street cabinet as part of preparations for our exciting new 1Gbps and multi-gigabit broadband packages.

• During this window, you may experience a brief drop in service lasting up to 60 minutes.

After the Maintenance:

• Once the maintenance is complete, your service should resume automatically with no action required.

• If any issues do occur after 7:00am, please power off your router and power it back on.

• Do not press any reset buttons on your router.
