Router Settings

Tenda AC1200

If you've reset your router, follow the steps below to get back online.

Connecting by Wi-Fi? Use the Wi-Fi name and password printed on the base of the router. If your device says "no internet", choose Continue anyway. Some Apple devices won't proceed past this point — if that happens, use a non-Apple device, or connect a laptop by cable to the router's LAN port instead.

Step 1 — Physical Setup

  1. Power on the router using the included power adaptor.
  2. Connect the LAN port of your fibre/aerial power unit to the WAN port of the router.
  3. Either connect your computer to a LAN port with a cable, or connect a Wi-Fi device to the router's default Wi-Fi network — the name and password are on the label on the base of the router.

Step 2 — Online Setup

  1. On a connected device, open a browser and go to tendawifi.com or 192.168.0.1.
  2. The router will detect your connection type automatically.
  3. Select PPPoE, then enter your PPPoE username and password from your welcome email.
  4. Customise your Wi-Fi name and password if you'd like, then click OK.
Having trouble? Double-check your PPPoE and SIP details are correct, then call us on 0115 871 8379.
