Terms & conditions
The full terms that apply to your service with us. Please read these carefully before ordering.
1. Our Agreement With You
These terms apply to all broadband, telephone and related services provided by I Need Broadband to residential and business customers across the East Midlands.
2. Contract Length & Charges
Standard plans run on a 12 or 24-month contract as confirmed at the point of order. Charges are billed monthly in advance, and any changes to pricing will be communicated ahead of time.
3. Installation & Equipment
Any equipment supplied as part of your service remains the property of I Need Broadband unless otherwise agreed, and should be returned if you cancel your service.
4. Fair Usage
Our unlimited plans are subject to a fair usage policy to protect service quality for all customers on our network.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel within your contract's cooling-off period free of charge. Cancelling after this period may incur an early termination charge, as set out in your order confirmation.
6. Moving Home
If you are moving home, please contact us as early as possible before your moving date. We will check whether we can provide a suitable I Need Broadband service at your new address and advise you of the options available.
Where we can provide service at your new property, we may be able to transfer your existing service or arrange a new connection. Installation charges, equipment changes or different service options may apply depending on the location and technology available.
If we are unable to provide service at your new address, please contact us to discuss your account and any remaining contractual commitments. Moving home does not automatically cancel your existing agreement.
7. Liability
While we aim for continuous, reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity and our liability is limited as set out in the full terms provided at the point of order.
8. Links To Third-Party Websites
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, such as WHMCS (our billing portal) or partner network checkers. We're not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party site, and including a link doesn't imply our endorsement of it.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
